NEW BUILD - NEW FOREST WILTSHIRE

Situated in a National Park village, this new build replaced a derelict bungalow on a substantial corner plot. The brief required development and provision of detailed design works to suit client requirements and within planning constraints, together with construction drawings and technical specifications  to gain the appropriate approvals prior to the client  managing the project as a self-build.
