EXTENSION & ALTERATIONS – ROMSEY, HAMPSHIRE

Architectural design with planning and building control approvals for a project with client brief to optimise the available curtilage with a two-storey side extension creating at first floor a new study or bedroom and at ground floor a new utility, shower room and entrance lobby through to a single storey extension to form an enlarged kitchen dining area opening onto the south facing rear garden. In addition, design of a new front porch integral to living room.

The project was notable for tight proximity to boundaries and a main sewer crossing at the rear requiring extension design consideration with a Southern Water agreement and additional specifications.
