NEW BUILD - TYTHERLEY HAMPSHIRE

A substantial period style residence with detached garage incorporating habitable space over and situated in a rural village setting. Project brief was to provide architectural design and detail a building to be conceived as a traditionally proportioned 19th century villa using local materials in gaining planning and building control statutory approvals.

 

This greenfield site was notable for being in a village conservation area requiring a new vehicular access and with consideration for trees, difficult waterlogged ground conditions and consultation with additional specialists, prior to the client realising construction and significant return on investment.
