EXTENSIONS & ALTERATIONS - WEST SUSSEX

This 1960’s timber frame dwelling in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty had unsympathetic flat roof extensions and needed generally updating.

The project brief was to design, achieve planning and building control approvals in re modelling the property to form a more contemporary enlarged kitchen breakfast area and day room with vaulted ceiling and glazed gable, additionally a new utility now connects the house to a new garage with multi-purpose room over currently operating as The Green Room a successful bed and breakfast.

The drawing room was enlarged together with a revised first floor layout. The property was clad with cedar weatherboard above rendered elevations as part of a major transformation in providing additional accommodation and adding value.
