A substantial Georgian style country residence and a new coach house with ancillary accommodation over, situated in a rural setting with extensive grounds; (also acknowledgement to Ben Pentreath Ltd). Project as consultant to develop and provide further detailed architectural design and drawings for full structural and technical specification works to achieve building control approval, together with tendering and specialist architectural input  in order to realise construction.
