We are a small practice based in Hampshire with many years experience providing a friendly cost effective service across the UK, to assist clients in realising numerous projects either traditional or contemporary and whether a modest extension, new build or conversion. N.B. we are no longer vat registered.
The importance of preparing a project with properly thought out and approved design and construction details cannot be over emphasised in avoiding costly mistakes or delays. We can provide as much or as little input as you require, but for many clients it is the statutory approved package of design drawings and specifications that ensure contractors understand what is required and enables easy comparison of estimates from clearly defined documents.
Our service is also ideal for self-builders and those preparing to manage their own project who wish to have their ideas refined and realised with any statutory consents prior to building.
